  1. Are source and authorship documented?
  2. Are derivative rights cleared?
  3. Does the English lyric sound natural when sung?
  1. Is the core meaning, or the declared new premise, artistically honest?
  2. Does the hook work in one listen?
  3. Is the singer believable in the lyric?
  1. Does the arrangement compete with current reference tracks?
  2. Does an original cultural marker remain visible?
  3. Are credits and metadata complete?
  1. Does the release have a defined audience and distribution plan?
  2. Can the audience participate, sing, share or reinterpret?
  3. Were success measures and the decision gate defined before release?
