- Are derivative rights cleared?
- Does the English lyric sound natural when sung?
- Is the core meaning, or the declared new premise, artistically honest?
- Does the hook work in one listen?
- Is the singer believable in the lyric?
- Does the arrangement compete with current reference tracks?
- Does an original cultural marker remain visible?
- Are credits and metadata complete?
- Does the release have a defined audience and distribution plan?
- Can the audience participate, sing, share or reinterpret?
- Were success measures and the decision gate defined before release?
